Hi, my name is Kelynn McCormack. I am an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Ann Pearl.

How did you get interested in the healthcare field?

I knew that I always wanted to care for people. It gives me a sense of satisfaction knowing that I helped someone today.

What advice would you have for others interested in a career with Ann Pearl Rehab & Nursing or the healthcare field?

Stay focused, remember the reason why you are doing this. Take it one step at a time.

What does Asian American and Pacific Islanders Heritage Month mean to me?

We all come from different backgrounds and we are all able to bring something to the table.

Who or what influenced you to be the person that you are today?

My cousin had leukemia, so my family and I would visit her all the time at the hospital. Watching the nurses at different hospitals provided her the same level of care, kindness, and respect, which inspired me to want to be able to one day have.
