Growing the Next Generation of Certified Nurse Aide Leaders

The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Level II Preceptor Development Program is designed for CNA Preceptors (Level II CNAs) who are passionate about passing on the skills, knowledge, and values they’ve cultivated throughout their careers within Ohana Pacific Health. Many of these preceptors benefited from exceptional mentors early on, and they are now paying that forward by creating supportive, encouraging learning environments for new colleagues. Their dedication helps ensure that the tradition of compassionate care for our kūpuna continues for generations to come.

Celebrating Recent Graduates

We are proud to share that three of our facilities recently celebrated the graduation and pinning of new CNA Preceptors from Ann Pearl Rehab & Nursing on Oʻahu, Garden Isle Rehab & Nursing and Hale Kūpuna Heritage Home on Kauaʻi.
