What do you do for Workforce Development?
I am the Workforce Development Manager at Hale Makua and Ohana Pacific Health, where I build and support the healthcare workforce by blending education, training, recruitment, and community partnerships—ensuring skilled, motivated staff deliver quality care.
What do you do outside of work?
When I'm not at work, I stay active in various community organizations and enjoy spending time at the beach with my family, free diving, and outrigger paddling.
How did you get interested in workforce development/education?
Workforce development lets me live my purpose—investing in people by creating opportunities that help them grow into their best selves.
What do you love most about your role?
What I love most about my role is watching people grow and succeed—and witnessing the ripple effect their growth creates.
