About the event
This session will be led by the Program faculty and academic counselor, who will provide insights and answer your questions regarding the application process. The hybrid Bridge Program runs for 12–months and includes online lectures, in-person labs and clinicals provided at selected employer’s site.
Ohana Pacific Health’s CNA to LPN Bridge Program offers professional nursing experience and training opportunities for Certified Nurse Aides to become Licensed Practical Nurses. This program offers Practical Nursing training opportunities working on Maui, Oʻahu, Kauaʻi, and Hawaiʻi Island.
