Ohana Pacific Health Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP) offers earn and learn training and resources for individuals wishing to become a Certified Nursing Aide.
What is a Nurse Aide Earn & Learn Training Program?
Ohana Pacific Health’s (OPH) Certified Nurse Aide Training Program is a earn while you learn 5-8 week program with 100 hours of in-person instruction, followed by entry-level employment in the healthcare industry—preparing students to become nurse aides in a State-approved Nurse Aide Training Program. The Program will provide full-time or part-time employment as a Nurse Aide following completion of NATP at an Ohana Pacific Health skilled-nursing facility.
And once you become a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), your career doesn’t have to end there! At Ohana Pacific Health, we offer tuition assistance and career development programs like our CNA to LPN Bridge program where you can continue working as a CNA while attending school to become a nurse within 12 months.
Eligibility
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Training
Nurse Aide Training will be on Kauaʻi and Hilo, HI
Tentative course schedule to commence:
Hilo begins in November
Kauai begins in October
Maui (tentative)
After successful completion of the Nurse Aide Training Program, you will:
Commit to working with an OPH facility for one year as a full-time or part-time Nurse Aide/Certified Nurse Aide
Obtain State of Hawaii CNA Certification
